Front panel and assertive signature of Citroën

The high, horizontal hood is punctuated with concave indentations and the chrome chevrons stretch across the entire width of the car body. They are extended by the double-height front lights using Citroën LED Vision lighting technology. In addition to offering maximum visibility, these reinforce the high-tech DNA of the vehicle.

With a length of 4.6 m, C4 X fits perfectly into the Citroën range

Viewed in profile, the car's dynamic roofline flows gracefully from the top of the windshield to the upper tailgate panel to create a strong fastback silhouette.

Aerodynamics are optimized thanks to the body's fast, sharp roofline, resulting in a drag coefficient of CX 0.29.

New LED taillights.

New distinctive LED taillights echo the front light signature. They incorporate the sculpted lines of the trunk opening and end in an arrow shape in front of the rear door, further enhancing the dynamism of the silhouette.

The C4 X offers an extra-large trunk with 510 liters of useful space. Hinges located under the rear window allow the tailgate to open wide and high for easy access.

Suspensions with progressive hydraulic cushions®

Essential for a comfortable drive, Citroën's innovative and exclusive suspension system involves the use of two hydraulic stops in conjunction with the shock absorber and spring, replacing mechanical stops.

The hydraulic stops create the "magic carpet" effect that Citroën is renowned for. It gives the impression that the car is floating above uneven ground.

Safety and driving assistance equipment

The C4 X offers a range of the most recent driver assistance technologies. Up to 20 advanced systems improve driving safety and reduce driver or passenger stress.

AUTOMATIC HIGH BEAM SWITCHING

This function handles the switching between high beam and low beam headlights based on traffic conditions, detecting oncoming or passing vehicles.

This system provides optimal lighting for nighttime driving.

360° VISION This function facilitates maneuvers by displaying a top-down view of the car and its surroundings in 360° on the touchscreen tablet. This technology offers three different views and selects the most suitable one for the current maneuver. The desired view can also be chosen manually. ACTIVE LANE DEPARTURE WARNING This system operates with the help of a camera that recognizes continuous and dashed lines. If the vehicle approaches a line without the turn signals being activated, the steering wheel will gradually countersteer to keep the vehicle in its original lane. This technology helps combat driver inattention. Proximity Keyless Entry

This system allows you to lock, unlock, and start your vehicle while keeping the key on your person. The car recognizes its driver as soon as they approach.

BLIND SPOT MONITORING SYSTEM Very useful on multi-lane roads, this monitoring system informs the driver of the presence of a vehicle in the blind spots, using an orange LED located in the corner of the exterior mirrors. REARVIEW CAMERA WITH TOP REAR VISION

Upon shifting into reverse, the camera allows for the rear view of the vehicle to be displayed on the touchscreen tablet, enhanced with colored markers, as well as a reconstructed image of its rear environment at 180°.

When approaching an obstacle, the camera automatically zooms in.

ACTIVE SAFETY BRAKE This emergency braking system reduces the risk of collisions. It operates from 5km/h with both stationary or moving objects, as well as pedestrians. If a risk of collision is detected, an alert is given to the driver. Without a response from the driver, the system automatically applies the brakes. EXTENDED TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION AND SPEED RECOMMENDATION

This system provides information about the speed limit to be observed. When a speed limit sign is detected by the camera, the driver can choose to accept the recommended speed and set it as the cruise control or speed limiter.

It also detects "Stop" and "No Entry" signs.
